I appreciate how patient everyone has been. I keep saying that I’m not going to do any special effects, because they slow me down. Then I get a crazy idea that’s too good to let go, and I lose weeks on the new special effects.
Either way, it’s here now, and I hope you enjoy it.

This is a great idea. From the horror writer C. J. Henderson, this book teaches your child their ABC’s by way of the Cthulhu Mythos. I haven’t read it yet (my order’s shipping now), but the comments on the book suggest that it’s not just funny, it also informs you about the Mythos. Apparently, they have little poems for each letter. I can’t wait to see how they rhymed “Nyarlthotep”.
In episode 8, I had a need for a rising tension music, so I turned to our good friends the Brothers Burn. They provided me with several good candidates, and I picked the best one for the episode. However, one of the others was so good I thought it would be a waste for no one to hear it. So I got their permission to release the Cthulhu Chant here.
Here is the Link.
In addition to having a great rising tension music, he has a chorus saying “Cthulh Fhtagn”. Might make a nice ringtone . . .
A fan wrote in recently saying that he witnessed, “a seven year old go into uncontrollable giggles watching <the show> and go around saying ‘I will swallow your soul.’ afterwards.” I asked if he had video of that, because I’d love to put it in the show. Sadly, he hadn’t.
But that got me thinking. If you (or someone you know) has a young child who would get a kick out of the show, do us a favor and record their reaction at watching. If I can get enough good videos, I’ll put them together in a new segment on the show.
Now, no twisting their arms, trying to get them to laugh. That’s cheating, and I can tell (ominous glare).
In other news, yes I am still working on Episode 8, and yes, I am hoping to be done in the next week or so. I’m just swamped at work.
