I dunno, but I personally like http://www.templeofdagon.com/ myself. It seems to be complete, though to be honest I’ve never done a cross-reference with my books to make sure. I’ve never looked for a story up there and been unable to find it. (Poems are a different story altogether though )

Really? Because, when I started this project, I had to look pretty hard into the copyright issue, and found it to be very murky. Here’s the reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H._P._Lovecraft#Intellectual_property

Its perfectly legal. All of Lovecraft’s works are public domain.
