Tumbler - Brand Gamblin’s Podcast Novel
by Brand on May.31, 2009, under General
If you like the writing on Calls for Cthulhu, you might like Brand’s new project, a podcast novel called “Tumbler”. It’s the story of a young girl who goes to seek her fortune mining the asteroid belt. The first episode went up last night, and can be found here.
This does not mean that Brand has taken time away from Cthulhu. In fact, the second half of the Balticon episode should be done by June 6. Hope you enjoy it!

Hey BoingBoingers! Welcome to the site. If you liked the Unnatural Trophy Porn, stick around and check out the other episodes.
To the others who are wondering what I’m talking about, check out the story here.
And here’s the video in question:
Hey there Cthulhu
by Brand on May.26, 2009, under General
This is an amazingly well presented cover of “Hey There Delilah” as done by a great cultist (he even prounounces the long version of “Cthulhu Ftaghn”)
Calls For Cthulhu announces a new DVD
by Brand on May.20, 2009, under News, Shows
And just in time for Balticon.
By the way, if you’re at Balticon this year, come by the Chesapeake room at 2:00PM for the live “Calls For Cthulhu” taping. Meet the creator, buy the DVD, and be one of the first to get the new format.
C4C LIVE is the Hidden Event at Balticon 43!
by Brand on May.08, 2009, under News
This Memorial Day, we’ll be doing another “Live” Calls For Cthulhu at Balticon. The way it works is that, if you’re there, you can ask Cthulhu a question and be answered live. Not only will you be given an answer directly, but you’ll also be recorded and mixed into the next C4C episode.
Last year, this was a blast. We had a great time and we posted the episode fairly recently (I’ll be re-posting it on YouTube in the coming weeks).
Now, remember, this is the hidden event, so there’s no mention of it on any of the handouts or schedules. You have to be there when it happens to be part of this. So if someone you know likes the show, tell them the secret, and get them to Balticon fast!
Hope to see you there!
Calls For Cthulhu Episode 8 - part 2
by Brand on May.07, 2009, under Shows
Yes, the long wait is now over. Those who have been chomping at the bit for all this time, now you can finally stop holding your breath.
In this dramatic conclusion, Cthulhu has a section on his part in film, as well as a call from another Lovecraftian Mythos character. Enjoy.
“Swallow Your Soul” video
by Brand on May.07, 2009, under General
I love this. Okay, there’s not much to it. Just a guy who clearly enjoys the show, but I love the fact that he took time to film it, and put it up on YouTube.
If anybody else has some C4C fan-based videos they’d like to submit, just give me us a shout at cthulhu.hotstud1413@gmail.com
The Shadow Over Innsmouth in Machinima
by Brand on May.05, 2009, under General
Thanks to Scott Osborn, who spotted this excellent version of Lovecraft’s classic “The Shadow over Innsmouth” made using the Movies Machinima Animation Engine.

Episode 8, part 1, now available on YouTube
by Brand on May.05, 2009, under Shows
I’ve had a lot of complaints that people couldn’t view the videos here, so I’ve gone back to a system that was working for us in the past. In this Episode, we have the most effects-intensive intro ever, and Cthulhu talks to the Grim Reaper and the Devil. More to come soon.
Another My Confined Space Cthulhu pic
by Brand on May.03, 2009, under General
My Confined Space has some of the best Cthulhu-based pics out there. I can’t help but think that this latest one is inspired not only by Lovecraft, but also by our little show here. Link
