I wish I had the money to spare and apologize for not being able to help you in that fashion. But if he has reached $5000+ in back child support that he owes then that is a felony and you can press charges so that the court will either dock his pay (up to 75%) or sentence him to a prison term of 10 to 25 years. You can also sue for harassment and slander as far as the abuse claims go.

I hope that the nightmare is over for everyone soon. I’d imagine this has already been considered but if not, my two cents: have you looked into pro-bono options for attorneys or any sort of women’s protection organization that might be willing to take up the cause and assist with fees?
